The Travel, Medical, and Photo Release Form is the most important form that every student needs to fill out and hand in when joining band or going on any competition or trip. It is what allows you to come to competitions and also what allows us to use your pictures on our publications and websites. | The Excused Absence Form is a form that all members should use whenever absent so to avoid any future problems.
